Sebagai salah Satu pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat pemerintah,
Puskesmas Bogor Utara telah menggunakan Informasi Rekam Medis. Sistem
untuk mencatat semua informasi dan data kesehatan masyarakat. Puskesmas
Bogor Utara menerapkan Sistem Informasi Manajeman Puskesmas (SIMPUS)
pada bulan April 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi
Sistetn Informasi Manuieman Puskesmas (SIMI) US) melalui metode PIECES
leforma'ion, Economic, Control. Effeciency. Service kunjungan rawat jalan
puskesmas Bogor utara tahun 2018.
.lenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif digunakan melalui
kuesioner denganpendekatan cross seclional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
42 orang tenaga puskesmas. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat
dengan teknik pengambilan sampel (teknik sampling) Nonprobability Sanpling,
Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivarial uji Chi Square pada tingkat
kemaknaan 95% (u = 0,05).
l•lasil penelitian menunjukan sistem informasi manajelnan puskesmas
ntemiliki keamanan kurang• terkontrol. pelayanan yang dilakukan kurang
maksimal karena pada saat proses pengambilan resep obat belum dilakukan secara
cepat yang mengakibatkan pasien menunggu Saat berobat.
Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajeman Puskesmas di Bogor Utara telah
berjalan dengan baik. Peneliti menyarankan agar sistem informasi puskesmas
lebih meningkatkan proses pelayanan kepada pasien agar pasien tidak menunggu
terlalu lama dalam pengambilan resep obat. Untuk itu perlu ditingkatkan
pelayanan SIMPUS agar lebih baik untuk kedepannya.

As one of the public health service, Bogor North Health Center has used
medical record information. System for recording all publich health infrmation
and encode. Bogor health center implemented the health center manajemant
information system (SIMPUS) in April 2016. The purpose of this study was to
evaluate the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) through the
PIECES Economic. Control, Effeciency. Service of Bogor outpatien
care in 2018.
This type or research is quantitative descriptive research used through
questionnaires with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were
42 health center staff. The sample used in this study was obtained by sampling
technique (sampling technique) Nonprobability Sampling, encode analysis was
carried out by univariate and bivariate Chi Square test at a significance level of
95% 0.05).
The results of the studyéhowed that the puskesmas management information
system had uncontrolled security. the sen'ices performed were less than optimal
because at the time of the prescription taking process the medication had not been
done quickly which resulted in the patient waiting for treatment.
The implementation of the Puskesmas Management Information System in
North Bogor has gone well. Researchers suggest that the Puskesmas information
system further improves the service process to patients so that patients do not wait
too long in taking prescription drugs. For or that, it is necessary to imprve
SIMPUS service to be better in the future.
