Abstrak

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk melihat pengaruh variabel Current Ratio (CR), Debt
TO Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER)
terhadap Harga Saham baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan sub
sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2019. Populasi pada
penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2019. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode
purposive sanpling, didapatkan empat perusahan sebagai sampel. Variabel dependen
yaitu harga Saham sedangkan variabel independen yaitu CR, DER, EPS dan PER.
Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian
ini memiliki hasil sebagai berikut: (l) Secara parsial variabel Current Ratio (CR)
tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor
konstruksi bangunan yang terdafiar di BEI tahun 2013-2019 dengan nilai t-hitung
I , 249 < 2,068 dan nilai signifikansi > (2) Secara parsial variabel Debt TO
Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan
sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2019 dengan nilai
t-hitung 0,747 < t-tabel 2,068 dan nilai signifikansi 0,463 > (3) Secara parsial
variabel Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham
pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdatiar di BEI tahun 2013-
2019 dengan nilai t-hitung 6,994 > 2,068 clan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. (4)
Secara parsial variahcl Price Earning Ratio (PER) bemengaruh signifikan terhadap
harga saham pada -perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaflar di BEI
tahun 2013-2019 dengan nilai t-hitung 9,333 > 2,068 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <
(5) Secara silhultan variabel Currem' Ratio (CR), Debt To Equi,'y Ratio (DER),
Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Eraning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang
terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2019 dengan nilai f-hitung 23,533 > f-tabel 2,76 dan
nilai signifikansi < 0,05:

Abstract

This Study intends to look at the effect Of the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt TO
Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on
Stock Prices both partially and simultaneously in construction sub-sector companies
buildings listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2019. The population in
this is the building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange for the period 2013-2019. Sampling using purposive sampling method,
obtained four companies as samplesThis study has the following results: (l) Partially
the Current Ratio (CR) variable has no significant effect on stock prices in building
construction sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2019 with a
t-test value Of 1.249 < 2.068 and a significance value Of 0.224 > 0.05. (2) Partially
the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) variable has no significant effect on the share prices
of building construction sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-
2019 with a t-count value of 0.747 < t-table 2.068 and a significance value of 0.463 >
0.05. (3) Partially Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a significant effect on share
prices in building construction sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in
2013-2019 with a t-test value of 6.994 > 2.068 and a significance value of 0.000 <
0.05. (4) Partially Price Earning Ratio (PER) variables have a significant effect on
stock prices in building construction sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange in 2013-2019 with a t-test value of 9.333 > 2.068 and a significance value
Of 0.000 < 0.05. (5) Simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio
(DER), Earning+er Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) variables have a
significant effect on stock prices in building construction sub sector companies listed
on the Indonesia Sf6ck Exchange in 2013 -2019 with an f-calculated value of 23.533
> f-table of 2.76 anda:significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
