ABSTRAK
Dalam penelitian dengan judul pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keterikatan
karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah
86 orang responden PT. Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang
digunakan yaitu dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan
diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT.
Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk, Kabupeten Bogor. Variabel budaya organisasi (X1) dan
keterikatan karyawan (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) diolah menggunakan dengan
analisis korelasi, analisis regresi, uji t, uji f serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel keterikatan karyawan (X2) berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) serta budaya organisasi (X1) dan keterikatan karyawan
(X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y)

ABSTRACT
In a study entitled the influence of organizational culture and employee
attachment on employee performance, with the number of samples taken amounting to
86 respondents of PT. Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk, Bogor Regency. The method used
is by questionnaire research instruments that are distributed to employees processed
using computer applications. This research was conducted at PT. Ricky Putra
Globalindo Tbk, Kabupeten Bogor. The variables of organizational culture (X1) and
employee attachment (X2) to employee performance (Y) were processed using
correlation analysis, regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination.
The results of this study show that the organizational culture variable (X1) affects
employee performance (Y), the employee attachment variable (X2) affects employee
performance (Y), and organizational culture (X1) and employee engagement (X2)
affect jointly on employee performance (Y).
