Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM)
merupakan wujud peran serta masyarakat dalam deteksi dini yang bersifat
promotif dan preventif dalam rangka deteksi dini dan pemantauan faktor risiko
PTM Utama yang dilaksanakan secara terpadu, rutin, dan periodik. Tujuan utama
kegiatan Posbindu PTM adalah untuk meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat
dalam pencegahan dan penemuan dini faktor risiko PTM. Oleh karena itu sasaran
Posbindu PTM cukup luas mencakup semua masyarakat usia 15 tahun ke atas
baik itu dengan kondisi sehat, masyarakat beresiko maupun masyarakat dengan
kasus PTM. pelaksanaan Posbindu PTM di kota Bogor terlaksana di 24
Puskesmas. kelurahan paledang yang diteliti berada di Puskesmas Gang Aut yang
merupakan puskesmas mempunyai cakupan kegiatan Posbindu PTM dibawah
20% pada tahun 2016.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Prilaku
Kunjungan Posbindu PTM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan
desain Rapid Assesment Proceduce. Informan terdiri dari 10 orang. Instrument
penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara mendalam.
Hasil penelitian ini diuraikan menjadi 4 bagian yang menjelaskan bahwa
Pada variabel dukungan social cukup baik, variabel sarana prasarana belum baik,
variabel otonomi pribadi cukup baik, dan variabel situasi aksi belum baik.
Keadaan ini mempengaruhi Kunjungan Posbindu PTM

Kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah warga Kelurahan Paledang,
mempunyai niat untuk Datang Keposbindu PTM, namun dari segi sarana
prasarana dan situasi aksi masih harus ada perbaikan. Disarankan kepada semua
pihak terutama kepada kader dan tenaga kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan
promosi dan sosialisasi tentang Posbindu PTM.

Integrated Non Communicable Disease Post (Posbindu PTM) is a form of
community participation in early detection of promotive and preventive nature
in the framework of early detection and monitoring of PTM Utama risk factors
that are implemented in an integrated, routine, and periodic. The main purpose
of Posbindu PTM is to increase public participation in prevention and early
discovery of PTM risk factors. Therefore, the target of Posbindu PTM is broad
enough to cover all the people aged 15 years and over whether it is in healthy
condition, the community at risk and the community with the case of PTM. the
implementation of Posbindu PTM in Bogor city was implemented in 24
Puskesmas. kelurahan paledang researched in Puskesmas Gang Aut which is a
puskesmas have coverage of Posbindu PTM activity under 20% in year 2016.
The purpose of this study is to know the description of Visiting
behavior Posbindu PTM. This research uses qualitative method with Rapid
Assessment Proceduce design. Informant consists of 10 people. The research
instrument used is in depth interview guide.

The results of this study are described into 4 sections that explain that
on the social support variable is good enough, the infrastructure has not been
good, the personal autonomy variable is good enough, and the action situation
variable is not good. This situation affects the visit of Posbindu PTM
The final conclusion of this research is the residents of Paledang Urban
Village, have the intention to come Keposbindu PTM, but in terms of
infrastructure facilities and the situation of action there must still be
improvement. Suggested to all parties especially to cadres and health personnel
to further promote promotion and socialization about Posbindu PTM.
