ABSTRAK
Saat ini, permintaan akan produk makanan dan minuman halal semakin besar
seiring dengan pertumbuhan di kalangan umat Islam ada pergeseran produk halal dari
yang focus di makanan ke pakaian, kemudian bagaimana peningkatan studi tentang
masalah industri halal. Studi bibliometrik ini memetakan riset-riset terkait perkembangan
tren penelitian Industri Halal yang diterbitkan oleh jurnal-jurnal dari tahun 2017 hingga
2021 yang telah terindeks Google Scholar. Analisis difokuskan pada tren kata kunci,
penulis dan institusi. Data yang dianalisis adalah 264 dan 997 publikasi publikasi
penelitian, menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan analisis bibliometric. Hasil dari
analisis Vosviewer yang terfokus pada title dan keyword dengan topik industri halal
adalah ditemukannya 19 dan 135 term yang dibagi menjadi 7 cluster dan 9 cluster dengan
nilai occurrences yang paling tinggi adalah term ?Indonesia? term ?halal? Dari overlay
visualization ditemukan bahwa term ?industri halal? ,?covid? dan ?halal industry? adalah
topik yang paling baru.

ABSTRACT
Currently, the demand for halal food and beverage products is getting bigger
along with the growth among Muslims there is a shift in halal products from focusing on
food to clothing, then how to increase studies on halal industry issues. This bibliometric
study maps research related to the development of Halal Industry research trends
published by journals from 2017 to 2021 that have been indexed by Google Scholar. The
analysis is focused on keyword trends, authors and institutions. The data analyzed were
264 and 997 research publications, using descriptive statistical methods and bibliometric
analysis. The results of the Vosviewer analysis which focused on titles and keywords with
the topic of the halal industry were the discovery of 19 and 135 terms which were divided
into 7 clusters and 9 clusters with occurrences values. the highest is the term "Indonesia"
the term "halal" From the overlay visualization it was found that the terms "halal
industry", "covid" and "halal industry" are the most recent topics.
