ABSTRACT

This study attempts to know how the influence Of training and work achievement
oflhe performance of employees at heef hotel central jakarta with the number of
50 respondents . This research is a descriptive research method with data
collection technique through the questionnaire. The method Of dala analysis are
used a calculation of a correlation and coefficient of product moment, partial
correlation , multiple, correlation analysis, regression Of analysis and the
hypothesis. The results of Xl to Y produce R = O, 598. The results Of X2 to Y
produce R = 0,938. The results of Xl andX2 to Y produce R = 0.938 to function
regression Y = 26,621 + 0.380 Xl . With the regression equation is Y 2,198 +
0,951 X2. Function regression 2,196 + 0.014 Xl + O,938X2 . Test t hypothesis
partial showed t count 5,174 & t table = 2,010, means there are a significant
relation exists between Training and Work Achievement Of lhe Performance Of
Employe

ABSTRAK
Penelitiam ini bertujuåh untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh Pelatihan dan
Prestasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Heef Hotel Jakarta Pusat dengan
jumlah 50 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan
teknik pengumbiilan„ gyta melalui data kuesioner. Melode analisis data yang
digunakan adalahwerhitungan koefisien korelasi product moment, korelasi parsial,
berganda, analisiökorelasi, analisis'regresi dan uji Hipotesis. Hasil Xl terhadap Y
menghasilkan R = 0598. Hasil X2 terhadap Y menghasilkan R = 0,938. Hasil Xl
dan X2 terhadap Y menghasilkan 0,938 dengan fungsi regresinya Y = 26,621
+ 3,185 Xl. Dengan peoamaan regresi X2. Fungsi regresinya
Y = 2,196 + 0,014 Xl + O,93S X2. Uji t Hipotesis parsial menunjukan t hitung =
5,174 > t tabel.— 2,010, berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Pelatihan
dengan Uji Hipotesis parsiai yang t hitung = 18,696 > t tabel = 2,010,
berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Prestasi Kerja dengan Kinerja.
Uji Hipotesis menunjukan F hitung = 171,586 > F tabel = 3,20, maka Ho ditolak
(Ha diterima), berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan
dan Prestasi Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja.
