antara rutinitas kerja monoton dengan dimensi Emotional Exhaustion (p = 0,681;
OR = 0,758) dan Depersonalization (p = 0,421; OR = 1,658). Namun terdapat
Personal Accomplishment (p < 0,001; OR = 16,72). Variabel usia terbukti sebagai
variabel confounding kuat dengan perubahan OR sebesar 65,1%.
Perusahaan direkomendasikan untuk menerapkan rotasi kerja, memberikan umpan
balik positif, serta menyediakan program promosi kesehatan mental guna
mengurangi dampak negatif monotonitas kerja terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis
karyawan

dimensions,
including
Emotional

Depersonalization, and Personal Accomplishment, among employees at PT. X
offices in Tangerang City in 2026, and to identify the role of age and tenure as
confounding variables. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional
approach, involving 59 respondents selected using purposive sampling from a
population of 120 employees. The instruments used were the Job Diagnostic Model
and the Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (MBI-GS).
Bivariate analysis results showed no significant relationship between
monotonous work routines and the dimensions of Emotional Exhaustion (p = 0.681;
OR = 0.758) and Depersonalization (p = 0.421; OR = 1.658). However, there was
a highly significant relationship between monotonous work routines and low
Personal Accomplishment (p < 0.001; OR = 16.72). Age proved to be a strong
confounding variable, with a change in OR of 65.1%.
The conclusion of this study is that monotonous work routines are
significantly related to a decreased sense of personal accomplishment, a dimension
of burnout among employees at PT. X. The company is recommended to implement
job rotation, provide positive feedback, and provide mental health promotion
programs to mitigate the negative impact of work monotony on employee
psychological well-being
