DENGAN KELELAHAN KERJA SUBJEKTIF PADA PEKERJA BURUH
BANGUNAN DI PERUMAHAN ARAYA RESIDENCE PARUNG BOGOR
TAHUN 2019

Tujuan Penelitian
Untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan dengan
kelelahan kerja subjektif pada pekerja buruh bangunan di Perumahan Araya
Residance Parung Bogor pada tahun 2019.
Metode
Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian survei analitik dengan rancangan
cross sectional. Dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis antara faktor resiko dengan
faktor efek data penelitian yaitu kelelahan subyektif pada pekerja buruh bangunan
di Perumahan Araya Residence Parung Bogor. Responden penelitian ditentukan
berdasarkan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perumahan Araya
Residance Parung Bogor dengan 50 responden yaitu pekerja buruh bangunan.
Data dikumpulkan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner dan observasi.
Hasil
Hasil penelitian tabulasi silang pada tingkat kepercayaan 95?n tingkat
kesalahan (?) 5% diketahui terdapat hubungan antara faktor individu : usia, indeks
masa tubuh, status perkawinan, masa kerja dan faktor pekerjaan : masa kerja
dengan keluhan kelelahan kerja subjektif. Sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan
antara beban kerja dengan keluhan kelelahan kerja subjektif. Berikut perinciannya
: p value usia = 0,001. P value indeks masa tubuh = 0,001. P value status
perkawinan = 0,004. P value masa kerja = 0,000. P value beban kerja = 0,055.
Kesimpulan dan Saran
Ada hubungan antara faktor individu : usia, indeks masa tubuh, status perkawinan,
masa kerja dan faktor pekerjaan : masa kerja dengan keluhan kelelahan kerja
subjektif pada pekerja buruh bangunan di Perumahan Araya Residance Parung
Bogor. Sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan keluhan
kelelahan kerja subjektif.
Saran bagi pekerja yaitu agar menggunakan waktu istirahat dengan baik dan
memiliki pola hidup yang sehat. Sedangkan bagi peneliti lain saran yang diberikan
adalah agar peneliti lain dapat melakukan penelitian sejenis dengan penambahan
variabel lain yang juga berhubungan serta penambahan jumlah sampel dan waktu
pelaksanaan penelitian.

Research Purposes
To find out the relationship between individual factors and work factors with
subjective work fatigue in construction workers at the Araya Residance Parung
Bogor housing estate in 2019.
Method
This type of research uses analytic survey research methods with cross sectional
design. With the aim to analyze the risk factors with the effect factor of research
data, namely subjective fatigue in construction workers at Araya Residence
Parung Bogor housing. Research respondents were determined based on
purposive sampling. This research was conducted in Araya Residance Parung
Bogor housing complex with 50 respondents, construction workers. Data
collected by giving questionnaires and observations.
Results
The results of the cross-tabulation study at the 95% confidence level and the error
rate (?) of 5% are known to have an association between individual factors: age,
body mass index, marital status, years of service and employment factors: years of
work with complaints of subjective work fatigue. While there is no relationship
between workload with complaints of subjective work fatigue. The following
breakdown: p value age = 0.001. P value for body mass index = 0.001. P value
marital status = 0.004. P value of service life = 0,000. P value of workload =
0.055.
Conclusions and Recommendations
There is a relationship between individual factors: age, body mass index, marital
status, years of service and work factors: years of work with complaints of
subjective work fatigue in construction workers at Araya Residance Parung
Housing in Bogor. While there is no relationship between workload with
complaints of subjective work fatigue.
Recommendations for workers is to use rest time well and have a healthy lifestyle.
Whereas for other researchers, the advice given is that other researchers can
conduct similar research by adding other related variables and increasing the
number of samples and the time of the study.
