The study investigated about students' perception on the used word wall in
learning English vocabulary. The purpose Of Learning English vocabulary is
important as one of the steps for learning English. It is one of the English
components thaeoinu$ be taught. Saeed (2009, p.55) states, therefore
"Vocabulary is knowledge of words and word meanings". The study employ a
qualitative research design, there Were 30 students involved. In collecting the
data, the study used observation and questionnaire and the study showed that
word •wall is effective to be used in learning English vocabulary.
