This research was to investigate the implementation of IT in teaching speaking to English Young Learner. IT is important to help teacher in explain the material in EYL classroom. Technology will never completely replace the role of a teacher, but teachers who do not use it will soon be replaced. Information and communication technology utilization, notably in the field of education, is a defining feature of the growth of the twenty-first century. In teaching English to young learners, age is seen as an essential moment to develop-language competence, especially in English. It will give a positive contribution to them if at their ages the parents and the teachers cooperatively optimize the learner’s brain work. It is because the ability to absorb much information in their golden age is advanced. In a language learning context it is believed that children will learn a foreign language more effectively under certain conditions. Therefore, there are some assumptions about language learning that should be considered when teaching English as foreign language to children. This research aims to find out the impact and how IT affects Young Learners’ speaking skills. The researchers use a case study, in gaining the appropriate data, and observation has been selected to find out the aim of the study. The result of research believes that, the result of this research will be useful for teachers-teaching and student-learning English, especially for a teacher. The benefit of this research is that- it explores the use of IT in speaking class. Also to help teachers to find out what types of technology can facilitate teaching, and student how to learn to speak more easily using technology.
