ABSTRAK
Muhmad Noval: Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap
Kinerja Guru Yayasan Hunafa SMK Wiradikarya Ciseeng Bogor.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja
terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hipotesis penelitian yang diuji adalah terdapat hubungan
yang signifikan anatara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru
pada Yayasan Hunafa SMK Wiradikarya Ciseeng Bogor.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan kuesioner.
Teknik wawancara dilakukan melakukan wawancara kepada pimpinan dan
beberapa guru untuk mendapatkan informasi, teknik kuesioner dilakukan dengan
cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 guru untuk mengumpulkan data dan
meninta setiap guru menjawab setiap pernyataan yang tertera kuesioner yang
diberikan.
Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja
terhadap kinerja guru, penulis menggunakan teknik Uji Kualitas Data/Alat, Uji
Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Hipotesis:-Parsial (satu-satu)-Uji Simultan / F
(Bersama-sama). Hasil penelitian Uji Determinasi Kepuasan Kerja (X1) Terhadap
Kinerja (Y)=sebesar R Square (R2) 0,587 masuk, artinya, Kepuasan Kerja (X1)
memiliki kontribusi Terhadap Kinerja (Y) sebesar 58,7%, Motivasi Kerja (X2)
Terhadap Kinerja (Y) R Square (R2) 0,600 masuk, artinya, Kepuasan Kerja (X1)
memiliki kontribusi Terhadap Kinerja (Y) sebesar 60 %, Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan
Motivasi Kerja (X2) Terhadap Kinerja (Y) sebesar R Square (R2) 0,633 masuk,
artinya, Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) memiliki kontribusi
Terhadap Kinerja (Y) sebesar 63,3 %. Uji Hipotesis antara Kepuasan Kerja (X1)
dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) Terhadap Kinerja (Y) dalam uji hipotesis secara bersama
sama dapat disimpulkan nilai Fhitung 23,264 > Ftable 2,042 atau nilai Sig 0,000 <
0,05 maka Ho4 di tolak dan Ha4 di terima, artinya Terdapat pengaruh positif dan
signifikan secara bersama-sama antara Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja
(X2) Terhadap Kinerja (Y)
Pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Yayasan
Hunafa SMK Wiradikarya, setelah hasil pengumpulan data dengan cara mengisi
kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru Yayasan Hunafa SMK Wiradikarya dan
perhitungan korelasi antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru
maka hasilnya dapat di kelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif.

ABSTRACT
Muhmad Noval: The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation on Teacher
Performance at the Hunafa Foundation SMK Wiradikarya Ciseeng Bogor.
This study aims to determine job satisfaction and work motivation on teacher
performance. The research hypothesis tested is that there is a significant
relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation on teacher performance
at the Hunafa Foundation of SMK Wiradikarya Ciseeng Bogor.
The research method used is interview and questionnaire techniques. The interview
technique was carried out by conducting interviews with the leadership and several
teachers to obtain information, the questionnaire technique was carried out by
distributing questionnaires to 30 teachers to collect data and asking each teacher to
answer each statement contained in the questionnaire given.
To find out how much influence job satisfaction and work motivation have on
teacher performance, the authors use the Data/Tool Quality Test technique,
Coefficient of Determination Test, Hypothesis Testing: -Partial (one-on-one) -
Simultaneous Test / F (Together). The research results of the Job Satisfaction
Determination Test (X1) on Performance (Y) = R Square (R2) 0.587 entered, it
means, Job Satisfaction (X1) has a contribution to Performance (Y) of 58.7%, Work
Motivation (X2) towards Performance (Y) R Square (R2) is 0.600 in. It means, Job
Satisfaction (X1) has a contribution to Performance (Y) of 60%, Job Satisfaction
(X1) and Work Motivation (X2) to Performance (Y) of R Square ( R2) 0.633
entered, it means, Job Satisfaction (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a
contribution to Performance (Y) of 63.3%. Testing the hypothesis between Job
Satisfaction (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y) in a joint
hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the value of Fcount 23.264 > Ftable 2.042
or Sig value 0.000 <0.05 then Ho4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted. , meaning that
there is a positive and significant influence jointly between Job Satisfaction (X1)
and Work Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y)
The effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of teachers
of the Hunafa SMK Wiradikarya Foundation, after the results of data collection by
filling out questionnaires distributed to teachers of the Hunafa Vocational School
Wiradikarya Foundation and calculating the correlation between job satisfaction
and work motivation on teacher performance, the results can be classified that there
is a relationship positive ones.
