Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua
yang sama-sama bekerja dengan perkembangan kepribadian anak usia 4-6 tahun.
Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan 75 KK responden sampel yang diambil
secara acak dari total populasi penelitian sebanyak 92 KK. Metodologi yang digunakan
dalam penelitian adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional yang terdiri dari
variabel bebas, yaitu pola asuh orang tua yang sama-sama bekerja dan sebagai variabel
terikat adalah perkembangan kepribadian anak usia 4-6 tahun.
Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah Blok M Perumahan Taman Cimanggu
Kelurahan Kedungwaringin Kecamatan Tanah Sareal Kota Bogor mulai bulan Maret
sampai dengan bulan Agustus tahun 2019. Untuk teknik analisis data hasil penelitian
menggunakan uji statistik berupa korelasi sederhana dan regresi sederhana. Pengujian
hipotesis penelitian dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 0,05.
Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian, Terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat dan sangat
signifikan antara Pola asuh orangtua yang sama-sama bekerja dengan Perkembangan
kepribadian anak usia 4-6 tahun, dengan koefesien korelasi ry=0,6311, koefesien
determinasi 0,3983 atau kontribusi variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 39,83?ngan persamaan regresi ? = 78,99 + 0,376 X.
Dengan demikian, berdasarkan temuan dalam penelitian ini, untuk dapat
meningkatkan perkembangan kepribadian anak usia 4-6 tahun perlu dilakukan upaya
peningkatkan aspek-aspek pola asuh orangtua yang sama-sama bekerja.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between parenting
parents who are both working with the personality development of children aged 4-6
years. The study used a survey method with 75 households of respondents sampled
randomly drawn from a total study population of 92 households. The methodology
used in the study is a survey method with a correlational approach consisting of
independent variables, namely parenting parents who are both working and as the
dependent variable is the personality development of children aged 4-6 years.
The study was conducted in the Blok M area of Taman Cimanggu Housing,
Kedungwaringin Subdistrict, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City from March to August
2019. For data analysis techniques the results of research using statistical tests in the
form of simple correlations and simple regression. The research hypothesis testing was
carried out at the 0.05 significance level.
Conclusions from the results of the study, there is a strong and very significant
positive relationship between parenting parents who are both working with the
personality development of children aged 4-6 years, with the correlation coefficient
ry=0,6311, the coefficient of determination 0.3983 or the contribution of variables X
against Y variable of 39.83% with a regression equation ? = 78.99 + 0.376 X.
Thus, based on the findings in this study, to be able to improve the personality
development of children aged 4-6 years it is necessary to make efforts to improve
aspects of parenting parents who are both working.
