Abstrack

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work quality and discipline
On employee performance of the Syariah Mandiri Cooperative Work. The results
of this study indicate that work quality affects employee performance by having a
t value of 3,450> t 1,997 which means Ha is accepted, HO is rejected, that is HI is
accepted. The discipline has an effect on employee achievement with a t value Of
6.890> t I .997 which means Ha is accepted, HO is rejected, that is H2 is accepted.
Work quality and discipline together affect employee performance with a value of
f of 42.024> t 3.19 and strengthened by the value of the coemcient of
determination totaling 0.556 or 55.6% which has a positive and significant effect
and the rest is influenced by variables not analyzed of 44.4% is helped by the
existence Of sig <0.05 from a 5% confidence level.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh dari
kualitas kerja dan disiplin terhadap prestasi karyawan Koperasi Karya Usaha
Mandiri Syariah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kerja
sebesar
berpengaruh terhadap prestasi karyawan dengan mempunyai nilai t
3,450 > 1,997 yang memiliki arti Ha diterima, HO ditolak yakni HI diterima.
Adanya disiplin berpengaruh terhadap prestasi karyawan dengan nilai t
sebesar 6,890 > t 1,997 yang memiliki arti Ha diterima, HO ditolak yakni H2
diterima. Kualitas kerja dan disiplin bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap prestasi

adanya nilai dari koefisien determinasi yang berjumlah 0,556 atau 55,6% yang
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang
tidak dianalisis sebesar 44,4% dibantu dengan adanya nilai sig < dari
tingkat kepercayaan 5%.
