Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT
Goldenpack Perkasa Plant 1 Ciriung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi dalam penelitian
ini adalah karyawan PT Goldenpack Perkasa Plant 1 Ciriung dengan jumlah sampel
sebanyak 71 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner,
wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation
Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original
sample sebesar 0,503, T-statistics sebesar 4,474 > 1,96 dan P-values sebesar 0,000
< 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,424, T-statistics sebesar 4,637 >
1,96 dan P-values sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu, Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan
nilai original sample sebesar 0,614, T-statistics sebesar 7,558 > 1,96 dan P-values
sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Pengaruh tidak langsung Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan juga
menunjukkan hasil positif dan signifikan dengan nilai original sample sebesar
0,261, T-statistics sebesar 4,514 > 1,96 dan P-values sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan motivasi kerja karyawan, maka
semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan pada PT Goldenpack Perkasa Plant 1
Ciriung.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB) and work motivation on employee performance at PT Goldenpack Perkasa
Plant 1 Ciriung. This research used a quantitative method with descriptive and
inferential approaches. The population of this study consisted of employees of PT
Goldenpack Perkasa Plant 1 Ciriung, with a sample of 71 respondents. Data were
collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis
method used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)
with SmartPLS 4.0 software.
The results showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive
and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of
0.503, T-statistics of 4.474 > 1.96, and P-values of 0.000 < 0.05. Work motivation
also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original
sample value of 0.424, T-statistics of 4.637 > 1.96, and P-values of 0.000 < 0.05.
In addition, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive and
significant effect on work motivation with an original sample value of 0.614, T
statistics of 7.558 > 1.96, and P-values of 0.000 < 0.05. The indirect effect of
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through work motivation on employee
performance also showed positive and significant results with an original sample
value of 0.261, T-statistics of 4.514 > 1.96, and P-values of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on
these findings, it can be concluded that higher Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB) and work motivation will improve employee performance at PT Goldenpack
Perkasa Plant 1 Ciriung.
