ABSTRAK
Silinder hidrolik 3-stage double acting telescopic diaplikasikan pada mesin
pengangkat. Komponen seal yang terpasang pada hidrolik tersebut adalah wiper
seal, rod seal, piston seal, rod bearing, piston bearing, dan O-ring tube. Rancang
bangun berdasarkan dimensi groove, toleransi terbesar adalah 0,05 mm dan
terkecil -0.1 mm. Dari semua seal yang diproduksi memiliki tingkat akurasi 99%.
Material yang digunakan untuk wiper seal mengunakan material H-PU dengan
tipe seal DA 211, untuk rod seal menggunakan material H-PU dengan tipe seal
DS 117, untuk piston seal menggunakan material PTFE Carbon + NBR dengan
tipe seal DK 108, untuk rod bearing dan piston bearing menggunakan tipe band
bearing C380, dan untuk o-ring tube menggunakan material NBR. Mesin yang
digunakan untuk produksi DMH SM 365. Pengujian dilakukan secara bertahap,
tahap pertama dengan tekanan kerja 50 bar, tahap kedua dengan tekanan kerja 70
bar dan tahap ketiga dengan tekanan kerja 100 bar. Hasil pengujian menunjukan
seluruh seal tidak terjadi kebocoran.

ABSTRACT
3-stage double acting telescopic hydraulic cylinder applied on lifting
machine. Seal component mounted on hydraulic are wiper seal, rod seal, piston
seal, rod bearing, piston bearing and O-ring tube. Design based on groove
dimension, the biggest tolerance is 0.05 mm and the smallest is -0.1mm. Of all
seals produced have a degree of accuracy 99%. The material used for wiper seal
is H-PU material with seal type DA 211, for rod seal use H-PU material with type
seal DS 117, for piston seal use PTFE Carbon + NBR material with type seal DK
108, for rod bearing and piston bearing use type band bearing C380, and for o
ring tube use NBR material. Machine used for production is DMH SM 365.
Testing is done in stages, the first stage with 50bar work pressure and second
stage with 70 bar work pressure, third stage with 100 bar work pressure. The test
results show that all seals did not leak.
