Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan
disiplin kerja terhadap Continuous Professional Development. Metode yang
digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi
penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Samudra Utama Narapati Cabang Tangerang
terdiri dari 54 orang, sampel diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan
data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Continuous
Professional
Development (CPD), yang mengindikasikan bahwa
pengembangan profesional karyawan lebih dipengaruhi faktor internal, seperti
kesadaran, dan motivasi individu. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan
terhadap Continuous Professional Development (CPD),
menunjukkan bahwa karyawan dengan tingkat disiplin yang tinggi cenderung
lebih aktif dan termotivasi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya.
Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja,
lingkungan kerja yang baik mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan dan tanggung
jawab karyawan dalam bekerja. Disiplin kerja terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi
dalam hubungan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap Continuous Professional
Development. Penelitian ini menyarankan membuat jadwal pelatihan tahunan,
menerapkan sistem reward, dan menyusun sistem pengembangan kompetensi
secara terstruktur untuk mendorong Continuous Professional Development
dengan baik.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work
discipline on Continuous Professional Development. The methods used are
descriptive and inferential quantitative approaches. The study population
consists of 54 employees at the Tangerang branch of PT Samudra Utama
Narapati; the sample was selected using a saturated sampling method. Data
collection was conducted through questionnaires and observations. The results
show that the work environment has no direct effect on Continuous Professional
Development (CPD), indicating that employees’ professional development is
more influenced by internal factors, such as individual awareness and
motivation. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Continuous
Professional Development (CPD), suggesting that employees with high levels of
discipline tend to be more active and motivated in improving their professional
competencies. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on
work discipline; a good work environment can increase employees’ compliance
and sense of responsibility at work. Work discipline was found to be a mediating
variable in the relationship between the work environment and Continuous
Professional Development. This study recommends establishing an annual
training schedule, implementing a reward system, and developing a structured
competency development system to effectively promote Continuous Professional
Development.
