Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan upaya penting dalam mencegah
terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan gangguan kesehatan akibat kerja melalui
pengelolaan risiko yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis
penerapan risk assessment dan risk management pada CV Sunflower Tahun 2026.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive
sampling terhadap 7 informan yang terdiri atas 1 informan kunci, 5 informan utama,
dan 1 informan pendukung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara
mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis risk assessment dilakukan melalui
tahapan identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, dan evaluasi risiko berdasarkan ISO
31000, sedangkan risk management dianalisis berdasarkan hierarchy of control
yang meliputi eliminasi, substitusi, engineering control, administrative control, dan
penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD). Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi
data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada proses produksi di CV Sunflower
ditemukan berbagai potensi bahaya yang berasal dari faktor fisik, ergonomi, dan
mekanik. Berdasarkan proses risk assessment, terdapat risiko dengan tingkat
rendah, sedang, dan tinggi yang memerlukan pengendalian sesuai prioritas risiko.
Penerapan risk management di CV Sunflower belum optimal, ditunjukkan dengan
belum tersedianya prosedur kerja tertulis, pelatihan K3, rambu keselamatan, serta
penyediaan dan penggunaan APD yang belum memadai.
Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan risk assessment dan risk
management di CV Sunflower belum berjalan secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu,
perusahaan perlu meningkatkan upaya pengendalian risiko melalui penerapan
hierarchy of control secara lebih terstruktur guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja
yang lebih aman bagi pekerja.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an essential effort to prevent workplace
accidents and work-related health problems through effective risk management.
This study aimed to analyze the implementation of risk assessment and risk
management at CV Sunflower in 2026.
This study employed a descriptive qualitative method using purposive sampling
involving 7 informants, consisting of 1 key informant, 5 main informants, and 1
supporting informant. Data were collected through in-depth interviews,
observations, and documentation. Risk assessment was analyzed through the stages
of risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation based on ISO 31000.
Meanwhile, risk management was analyzed using the hierarchy of control
approach, which includes elimination, substitution, engineering controls,
administrative controls, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Data
analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion
drawing.
The results showed that various potential hazards were identified in the production
process at CV Sunflower, including physical, ergonomic, and mechanical hazards.
Based on the risk assessment process, low-, moderate-, and high-level risks were
identified, requiring risk control measures according to their priority levels. The
implementation of risk management at CV Sunflower has not been optimal, as
indicated by the absence of written work procedures, occupational health and
safety training, safety signs, and adequate provision and use of personal protective
equipment (PPE).
The study concludes that the implementation of risk assessment and risk
management at CV Sunflower has not been carried out systematically. Therefore,
the company needs to improve its risk control efforts by implementing the hierarchy
of control in a more structured manner to create a safer working environment for
its workers.
