ABSTRAK
Kejadian stres kerja dapat disebabkan oleh pengaruh faktor eksternal dan internal
pada manusia. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara awal yang telah dilakukan
terhadap 38 pekerja pada bagian pemangkas rumput di CV. Cemara Indah pada bulan
April 2017. Stres kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor usia, tingkat pendidikan, status
perkawinan, paparan kebisingan, dan beban fisik alat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui hubungan pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap stres kerja pada
karyawan bagian pemangkas rumput di CV. Cemara Indah kota Bogor.
Penelitian ini menggunaan metode kuantitatif dengan studi deskriptif analitik dan
desain cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 38 responden dengan
sampel 38 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan
Nonprobability Sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian
ini menggunakan kuesioner. Adapun analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
perangkat lunak aplikasi statistik (SPSS 23) dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square.
Hasil uji chi-square sebagai berikut: (1) usia (p=0,002); (2) Tingkat pendidikan
(p=0,268); (3) Status perkawinan (p=0,474); (4) paparan kebisingan (p=0,001); (5) beban
fisik alat (p=0,019) terhadap stres kerja
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara usia, paparan
kebisingan dan beban fisik alat terhadap stres kerja. Sedangkan tidak ada hubungan
antara tingkat pendidikan dan status perkawinan terhadap stres kerja. Diharapkan kepada
perusahaan sektor informal untuk lebih memfasilitasi dan memperhatikan para pekerja
sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah.

ABSTRACT
Occurrence of work stress can be caused by the influence of internal and
external factors in humans. Based on observations and initial interviews conducted on 38
workers on the grass trimmer at CV. Cemara Indah in April 2017. Job stress is influenced
by age factor, education level, marital status, noise exposure, and physical burden of
work tool. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of internal and external
factors to work stress on the employee of the grass trimmer in CV. Cemara Indah Bogor
city.
This research uses quantitative method with descriptive analytic study and cross
sectional study design. The population in this study is 38 respondents with a sample of 38
respondents, sampling technique in this study using Nonprobability Sampling with
saturated sampling. The tool used in this study using questionnaires. The data analysis in
this research using statistical application software (SPSS 23) by using statistical test of
chi-square.
The result of chi-square test as follows: (1) age (p = 0,002); (2) education level
(p = 0,268); (3) Marital status (p = 0,474); (4) exposure to noise (p = 0.001); (5) physical
load of the tool (p = 0,019) to work stress
The conclusion of this research is the existence of relationship between age,
exposure of noise and physical load of tool to work stress. While there is no relationship
between education level and marital status to work stress. It is hoped that the informal
sector companies will be more facilitating and paying attention to the workers in
accordance with government regulations.
