ANALISA KEMAMPUAN PEMANASAN DIBAGIAN BAND HEATER
BERDASARKAN PERUBAHAN DAYA PADA UNTAI USSA FTS-01.
Sirkulasi alami merupakan fenomena sederhana yang terjadi pada proses perputaran
fluida secara kontinyu berdasarkan gaya bouyancy dan gaya gravitasi akibat adanya
perbedaan densitas air karena terjadi perbedaan temperatur. Untai USSA-FTS01
dibangun dengan model pemanasan oleh (heater band) ke air, dan pendinginan oleh
cooler (water-jacket). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa kemampuan
pemanasan dibagian band heater berdasarkan perubahan daya. Penelitian dilakukan
secara eksperimental dengan memvariasikan daya heater 528 Watt, 655 Watt dan
784, Watt . Dengan variasi bukaan valve dan 30°. berdasarkan perubahan daya
528, 655 dan 784 watt di dapatkan nilai perpindahan kalor dengan daya 528 watt
yaitu kalor yang diterima oleh pipa sebesar 442,2 watt, pada daya 655 watt kalor
yang diterima oleh pipa sebesar 525,2 watt dan pada daya 784 watt kalor yang
diterima oleh pipa sebesar 590,88 watt. Semakin besar daya yang di berikan oleh
heater ke pipa maka semakin besar pula kalor yang di terima oleh pipa

ANALYSIS HEATING CAPABILITY IN HEATER SECTION BASED ON
ALTERATION OF UNTAI USSA FTS-01. Natural circulation is a simple
phenomenon that occurs in the process of fluid rotation continuously based on the
force of bouyancy and gravity due to differences in water density due to differences
in temperature. The USSA-FTS01 strand was built with the heating model by the
heater band into the water, and cooling by the cooler (water jacket). The purpose
of the reseach was to analyze the heating capability in the band heater section
based on changes in power. The study was conducted experimentally by varying the
heater power of 528 Watt, 655 Watt and 784, Watt. With variations in valve
openings and 30 °. Based on changes in power 528, 655 and 784 watts, the value
of heat transfer with 528 watts is the heat received by the pipe of 442.2 watts, the
655 watts of heat received by the pipe is 525.2 watts and the power of 784 watts is
heat received by the pipe amounted to 590.88 watts. The greater the power supllied
by the heater to the pipe, the greater the heat received by the pipe
