Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui hubungan proses belajar mengajar
dengan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam perspektif guru.
Motode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan korelasi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang guru yang
berasal dari 2 sekolah di Kecamatan Tajurhalang yaitu madrasah ibtidaiyah Al
Fatih dan madrasah ibtidaiyah Ar Rofiqy. Teknik pengumpulan data pada
penelitian ini menggunakan koesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya
hubungan yang signifikan antara proses belajar mengajar dengan karakter disiplin
dan tanggung jawab dalam perspektif guru di MI Al Fatih dan MI Ar Rofiqy.
Hasil penelitian pertama, hubungan proses belajar mengajar dengan
karakter disiplin telah terjadi secara positif, hasil korelasinya tersebut dihitung
oleh korelasi pearson diperoleh nilai koefesien korelasi 0.574. Kedua, terjadi pula
hubungan proses belajar mengajar dengan karakter tanggung jawab 0.491.
Selanjutnya nilai koefisien korelasi disandingkan pada tabel interpretasi korelasi
dan didapatkan tingkat hubungan yang sedang dan cukup.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the
teaching and learning process and the character of discipline and responsibility
in the teacher's perspective.
The method of this research is to use quantitative methods with a
correlation approach. The sample used was 30 teachers from 2 schools in the
Tajurhalang District, namely the Al Fatih ibtidaiyah madrasah and Ar Rofiqy
ibtidaiyah madrasah. The data collection technique in this study used a
questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship
between the teaching and learning process with the character of discipline and
responsibility in the perspective of the teachers at MI Al Fatih and MI Ar Rofiqy.
The results of the first study, the relationship between the teaching and
learning process and the character of the discipline has occurred positively, the
correlation results are calculated by the Pearson correlation, the correlation
coefficient value is 0.574. Second, there is also a relationship between the
teaching and learning process and the character of responsibility 0.491.
Furthermore, the correlation coefficient value is juxtaposed on the correlation
interpretation table and a moderate and sufficient level of relationship is
obtained.
