PENGAMANAN BAHAYA KEBAKARAN DI GEDUNG BERTINGKAT

Kebakaran adalah peristiwa yang dampaknya merugikan baik materi yang
cukup besar, terhentinya aktivitas maupun ancaman terhadap keselamatan jiwa
manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kebijakan,
organisasi dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa terhadap pengamanan bahaya kebakaran
di gedung bertingkat Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor Tahun 2017.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan melakukan
pengamatan langsung/observasi, yaitu membandingkan dengan Permen PU
No.26/PRT/M/2008. Objek penelitian ini sebanyak 9 gedung bertingkat dari 13
gedung (tidak bertingkat hingga bertingkat). Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian
ini yaitu tabel checklist, meteran, dan kamera. Cara analisa data menggunakan
perangkat lunak aplikasi statistik (SPSS 15).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata kesesuaian Koridor 88.9% (baik),
Pintu Darurat 32.13% (kurang), Tangga Darurat 40.72% (kurang), Tanda Petunjuk
Arah 9.52% (kurang), dan Pencahayaan Darurat 0% (kurang). Hasil wawancara
dengan bagian sub bidang administrasi fasilitas dan properti mengatakan bahwa
tidak
adanya organisasi dan tidak memiliki dokumen (peraturan/kebijakan)
mengenai Sarana Penyelamatan Jiwa.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kesesuaian >80% - 100% yang berarti (baik)
sesuai dengan persyaratan yaitu Koridor, dan kesesuaian <60% yang berarti
(kurang) tidak sesuai persyaratan yaitu Pintu Darurat, Tangga Darurat, Tanda
Petunjuk Arah, dan Pencahayaan Darurat. Saran yang dapat direkomendasikan
adalah segera membuat struktur organisasi dan peraturan yang mengatur Sarana
Penyelamatan Jiwa, dan yang memiliki keandalan kurang/tidak sesuai dengan
persyaratan agar disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang berlaku seperti Pintu Darurat,
Tangga Darurat, Tanda Petunjuk Arah, dan Pencahayaan Darurat.

SECURITY OF FIRE HAZARD IN A MULTILEVEL BUILDING

The fire was the event that adverse impact is good material that is large
enough, a cessation of activity or threats to the safety of the human soul. The
purpose of this research is to know the description of the policy, the Organization
and the means of salvation against the security of fire hazard in a
multilevel building University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor Years 2017.
This research uses descriptive analytic methods to perform direct
observation/observation, that compares with Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008. The
object of this research as much as 9-floor building of 13 buildings (not multilevel up
to Decker). Tools used in this study table checklist, meter, and a camera. How to
analyze data using statistical application software (SPSS 15).
Results of the study showed that the average fitness of the Corridor 88.9%
(good), the Emergency Door 32.13% (less), Emergency Stairs 40.72%
(less), 9.52% a Sign of Directions (less), and the Emergency Lighting 0% (less). The
results of the interviews with the sub Fields of Administration Facilities and
Property says that the lack of organization and has no documents (rules/policies)
concerning the means of Salvation.
Conclusion this study i.e. conformity >80% - 100% which means (good) in
accordance with the requirements of i.e. the Corridor, and the suitability of the
<60% which means (less) doesn’t match the requirements of the Emergency Door,
Emergency Stairs, Sign of Directions and Emergency Lighting. Suggestions
that can be recommended is to immediately create the organizational structure and
the rules governing the means of Salvation, and who have less reliability/does not
comply with the requirements in order to be adapted to the regulations as an
Emergency
Door,
and Emergency Lighting.
