Along with the rapid development of education, of course, it becomes important in
the world of education to be improved, so that learning can continue to develop.
Like learning speaking using the Guessing Game. In this study, the writer will dig
deeper into students' perceptions of the Guessing Game used in teaching speaking
involving 12 students in a junior high school in Bogor. The researcher conducted a
qualitative case study that presented two findings and obtained two methods,
namely questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study stated a positive
response that the Guessing Game can train English speaking skills, namely in terms
of improving students' speaking skills and motivating students to learning speaking
more actively.
