Modul Pembelajaran IPA adalah bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri oleh
siswa yang dapat membantu siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Agar dapat
meningkatkan karakter rasa ingin tahu siswa modul pembelajaran disusun berbasis STEM.
Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) merupakan suatu
pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika yang
memfokuskan pada proses pembelajaran pemecahan masalah dalam kehidupan
nyata.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan modul
pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan karakter rasa ingin tahu siswa
kelas 5 SD/MI, kelayakan modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan
karakter rasa ingin tahu siswa kelas 5 SD/MI, dan pengaruh modul pembelajaran IPA
berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan karakter rasa ingin tahu siswa kelas 5 SD/MI. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Instrumen
penelitian berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh proses
pengembangan modul dengan model ASSURE, kemudian diperoleh persentase kelayakan
dari aspek materi sebesar 92?ngan kategori sangat valid, aspek bahasa diperoleh
sebesar 95?ngan kategori sangat valid, dan aspek desain diperoleh sebesar 77,94?ngan kategori valid serta terdapat pengaruh penggunaan modul pembelajaran IPA
berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan karakter rasa ingin tahu siswa melewati proses
pengembangan yang benar, layak di gunakan dan efektif untuk digunakan.

The Science Learning Module is teaching material that can be used
independently by students that can help students achieve learning goals. In order to
improve the character of students' curiosity, the learning modules are arranged based on
STEM. Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) is an approach that
integrates science, technology, engineering and mathematics that focuses on the learning
process of solving problems in real life. The purpose of this research is to determine the
process of developing STEM-based science learning modules to improve character the
curiosity of grade 5 SD / MI students, the feasibility of a STEM-based science learning
module to improve the curiosity character of grade 5 SD / MI students, and the influence
of a STEM-based science learning module to improve the curiosity character of grade 5
SD / MI students. This type of research is development research (Research and
Development). Research instruments in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets.
The results of this study obtained the module development process with the ASSURE
model, then the feasibility percentage of the material aspect was 92% with the very valid
category, the language aspect was obtained by 95% with the very valid category, and the
design aspect was obtained by 77.94% with the valid category and There is an effect of
using STEM-based science learning modules to improve the character of students'
curiosity through the development process that is correct, feasible and effective to use.
