ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan
disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Banirrozak Smk Bina Teknika.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan
Yayasan Banirrozak Smk Bina Teknika. Analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik
kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi
sebanyak 30 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Hasil uji
instrument penelitian menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda, uji t, dan uji f.
Hasil dari analisis menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji analisis regresi berganda
sebesar Y = 3,343 + 0,175 X1 + 0,725 X2. Hasil uji t motivasi kerja didapatkan
hasil t hitung> t tabel 2,088 > 1,703 artinya Ho1 ditolak, dan Ha1 diterima, uji t
disiplin kerja diperoleh hasil 8,427 > 1,703 artinya Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima,
dan hasil uji f sebesar 46,742 > 3,34 artinya Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima.
Berdasarkan hasil data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan
disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Banirrozak
Smk Bina Teknika.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work
discipline on the performance of employees of Yayasan Banirrozak Smk Bina
Teknika. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were
employees of the Banirrozak Smk Bina Teknika Foundation. The analysis used is a
quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a population of 30
respondents. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The results of the
research instrument test using multiple regression analysis test, t test, and f test. The
results of the analysis show that work motivation and work discipline have a
significant effect on employee performance with the results of multiple regression
analysis of Y = 3.343 + 0.175 X1 + 0.725 X2. The results of the work motivation t
test showed t arithmetic > t table 2.088 > 1.703 meaning Ho1 was rejected, and Ha1
was accepted, the work discipline t-test was found to be 8.427 > 1.703 meaning
Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted, and the f test results were 46,742 > 3.34
meaning Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data, it
can be concluded that work motivation and work discipline affect employee
performance at the Banirrozak Foundation Smk Bina Teknika.
