Title: The Use Digital Media Storytelling Storybird in English Writing Class
Abstract
The purpose of this study are to find out how Digital media Storytelling Storybird techniques is implemented at Junior High school, and how the students respond to the implementation of Storybird in their learning activities. This study uses Ethnography 2.0 Qualitative. This study uses three kinds of data collection; observation, interview and online artefact. This study adopted 30 participants in observation and interviewed 3 students from 3 level achievement academic; high level, medium level, low level. Since works students do were conducted online. This study also shows the advantages of Storybird. The result revealed that the implementation of digital Storytelling using Storybird gave students a change and motivate for improving the creativity as well as their writing ability. The responses of the students also very impressive. Moreover, the students give positive reponses to the implementation of Digital Media Storytelling Storytelling. It shows students are interested and impressed by using Storybird.
