EVALUASI PROGRAM TB PARU DI PUSKESMAS GANG KELOR
TAHUN 2020

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit yang menjadi perhatian global.
Tuberkulosis juga merupakan satu dari 10 penyebab kematian dan penyebab utama
agen infeksius. Di Puskesmas Gang Kelor angka keberhasilan program TB Paru
yaitu 70,59?ri target 90% yang telah di tentukan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan
Republik Indonesia.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif , informan dalam penelitian
ini terdiri dari 4 orang yaitu Kepala Tata Usaha Puskesmas Gang Kelor, petugas TB
Puskesmas Gang Kelor, petugas Laboratorium dan Kader. Instrumen penelitian
yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pedoman wawancara mendalam, daftar
checklist observasi dan daftar checklist telaah dokumen.
Hasil penelitian yang didapat dari komponen input dan proses dalam
program TB Paru di Puskesmas Gang Kelor sudah optimal. Penemuan kasus dan
diagnosa penderita dilakukan secara aktif dan pasif. Pengobatan penderita TB Paru
sudah sesuai dengan pedoman TB Paru. Cross check dilakukan oleh Puskesmas
Gang Kelor karena Puskesmas Gang Kelor merupakan Puskesmas Rujukan
Mandiri. Cross check dibuat dalam aplikasi Microsoft Excel menggunakan rumus
rumus agar hasil cross check keluar. Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan sudah
tersusun rapi dan lengkap. Sedangkan output dalam program TB Paru di Puskesmas
Belong Kota Bogor dalam angka penemuan sudah mencapai target sedangkan
angka konversi dan angka kesembuhan belum mencapai target yang ditentukan.
Lalu hasil Error Rate di Puskesmas Gang Kelor adalah 0,1 persen yang berarti
laboraturium tidak melakukan kesalahan baca pada slide.

Tuberculosis is a disease of global concern. Tuberculosis is also one of the
top 10 causes of death and the leading cause of infectious agents. At the Puskesmas
Gang Kelor the success rate for the Lung TB program was 70.59% of the 90%
target set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
This study used qualitative research, the informants in this study consisted
of 4 people, namely the Head of Administration at the Puskesmas Gang Kelor , the
Community TB officer at the Puskesmas Gang Kelor, the laboratory staff and
cadres. The research instruments used in this study were in-depth interview
guidelines, observation checklists and document review checklists.
The results obtained from the input and process components in the
pulmonary tuberculosis program at the Puskesmas Gang Kelor were optimal. Case
finding and patient diagnosis are carried out actively and passively. Treatment of
pulmonary TB patients is in accordance with the guidelines for pulmonary
tuberculosis. Cross check is done by Puskesmas Gang Kelor because Puskesmas
Gang Kelor is an Independent Referral Puskesmas. Cross checks are made in the
Microsoft Excel application using formulas to make the results of the cross check
out. The recording and reporting system is neat and complete. While the output in
the pulmonary tuberculosis program at Puskesmas Gang Kelor, Bogor City, in the
discovery rate, had reached the target, while the conversion rate and the cure rate
had not yet reached the determined targets. Then the result of the error rate at the
Puskesmas Gang Kelor was 0.1 percent, which means that the laboratory did not
read errors on the slides.
