ABSTRACT
This study aims to show the effect of work stress and work motivation on
employee performance at Palm Hill Golf Sentul with a total sample of 60
respondents using primary data through questionnaires. Correlation analysis of the
effect of work stress (X1) on employee performance (Y) with a value of R = 0.954.
The regression equation obtained is Y= -6.474 + 1.008 X1. The coefficient of
determination is 0.910 or (91%) and the Hypothesis T-Test Tcount 24,186 > Ttable
2,002 which shows a significant influence between Job Stress on Employee
Performance. Correlation analysis of work motivation (X2) on employee
performance (Y) with a value of R = 0.894. The regression equation obtained is Y= -6.003 + 1.090 X2. The coefficient of determination is 0.799 or (79.9%) and the
Hypothesis T-Test Tcount 15, 1991 > Ttable 2.002 which shows a significant
influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Correlation
analysis of work stress (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance
(Y) with a value of R = 0.965. The regression equation obtained is Y= -10.659 +
0.809 X1 + 0.374X2. The coefficient of determination is 0.931 or (93.1%) and the
Hypothesis T-test Fcount 38.411 > Ftable 3.16 which shows a significant influence
between work stress and work motivation on employee performance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menunjukan Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Motivasi
Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Palm Hill Golf Sentul dengan jumlah
sampel sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan data primer melalui
kuesioner. Analisis kolerasi pengaruh Stres Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
(Y) dengan nilai R= 0,954. Persamaan regresi yang didapat sebesar Y= -6,474 +
1,008 X1. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,910 atau (91%) dan Uji T Hipotesis
Thitung 24,186 > Ttabel 2,002 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara
Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Analisis kolerasi Motivasi kerja (X2)
terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai R = 0,894. Persamaan regresi yang
didapat sebesar Y= -6,003 + 1,090 X2. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,799 atau
(79,9%) dan Uji T Hipotesis Thitung 15, 1991 > Ttabel 2,002 yang menunjukan adanya
pengaruh signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Analisis
kolerasi Stres Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y)
dengan nilai R = 0,965. Persamaan regresi yang didapat sebesar Y= -10,659 + 0,809
X1 + 0,374 X2. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,931 atau (93,1%) dan Uji T
Hipotesis Fhitung 38,411 > Ftabel 3,16 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan
