ABSTRACT

This study is entitled The Effect of Reward and Motivation Systems on
the Innovation of the State Civil Apparatus in the Office of Cooperatives and
SMEs Bogor City. This study aims to determine how much influence the award in
the innovation of the state civil apparatus in the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs
in the City Of Bogor, how much motivation has an influence on the innovation of
the State civil apparatus and how much influence the reward and motivation
system has on the innovation of the state civil apparatus. Data collection was
carried out using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents
totaling 48. Based on the results of research that has been done that at the
Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in the City of Bogor regarding the award
system has obtained a tcount of 1.549 <ttable 2.013. However, for the motivation
variable has the acquisition value Oft arithmetic 3.767> t table 2.013. From the
results Obtained that the reward system has no effect on the innovation of the state
civil apparatus in the Office ofCooperatives and SMEs Bogor City. Whereas the
motivation variable has a significant influence On the innovation of the state civil
apparatus in the Cooperative and UMKM Office of Bogor City. For reward and
motivation system variables have a value of Fcount (6956)> Ftable (3.20). This
shows that the reward and motivation system simultaneously influences the
innovation of the state civil apparatus in the Bogor City Cooperative and UMKM
Office.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Sistem Penghargaan dan Motivasi
Terhadap Inovasi Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota
Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh
penghargaan di dalam inovasi aparatur sipil negara di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM
Kota Bogor, seberapa besar motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap inovasi aparatur
sipil negara dan seberapa besar pengaruh sistem penghargaan dan motivasi
terhadap inovasi aparatur sipil negara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
menggunakan metode sur,'ei dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada responden yang
berjumlah 48. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa di Dinas
Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor mengenai sistem penghargaan memiliki
perolehan nilai thitung 1,549 < ttabcl 2,013. Akan tetapi untuk variabel motivasi
memiliki perolehan nilai thitung 3,767 > ttabel 2,013. Dari hasil yang diperoleh
bahwa sistem penghargaan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap inovasi aparatur sipil
negara di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor. Sedangkan variabel motivasi
memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap inovasi aparatur sipil negara di Dinas
Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor. Untuk variabel sistem penghargaan dan
motivasi memiliki nilai Fhitung (6,956) > Flabel (3,20). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa
Sistem penghargaan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap inovasi
aparatur sipil negara di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor.
