Listening skill is considered to be the foundation and heart of language learning in all language skills. Learning languages can be accessed in many ways, one of which is by using MALL which can be a language-specific learning medium that provides learning media. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the perceptions of language learners, namely Indonesian EFL students about MALL by focusing on Mobile Applications in listening skills. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive case study, with 10 participants from Indonesian EFL students. This study uses three types of instruments, namely: questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as data collection. The findings in this study are that Indonesian EFL students prefer Mobile Applications with YouTube as a medium for learning English in listening skills through songs, videos, or podcasts. They also explain that YouTube is a Mobile Application that has many features that can facilitate English learning activities in listening skills. They explained that they got a lot of positive influences resulting from using the YouTube Mobile Application, including they could understand people who speak English, get new vocabulary, practice speaking English, and get good scores on tests in listening skills.
