Analisis keputusan investasi untük mengembangan usaha PDAM Tirta Darma
Ayu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rencana pengembangan usaha tersebut dan
kemampuan investasinya dalam memberikan keuntungan terhadap jumlah modal
yang ditanam.
Adapun perhitungan proyeksi investasi kedepan selama 8 tahun setelah masa
investasi itu direncanakan. Selama masa 8 tahun setelah investasi ada kebijakan
bahwa tidak adanya penambahan tenaga kerja. Investasi ini tidak berpengaruh
terhadap penambahan / pengurangan biaya gaji karyawan. Dan juga selama masa
8 tahun setelah investasi tidak adanya kenaikan tarif, jadi tarif yang dipakai yaitu
tarifyang tahun 2017.
Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan tiga metode analisis keputusan
investasi dengan hasil perhitungan sebagai berikut: Metode Payback Period
menunjukkan bahwa waktu yang diperlukan untuk menutup investasi sebesar Rp
22.669.805.750 adalah 3 tahun 17 hari. Metode ARR (Average Rate of Relurn)
menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keuiltungan rata-rata yailg diperoleh sebesar 301%.
Sedangkan Metode PI (Profitabilitas Indeks) menunjukkan hasil yang diperoleh
lebih besar dari I yaitu sebesar 4. Dari perhitungan tiga metode tersebut dapat
ditunjukkan juga bahwa rencana pengembangan usaha PDAM Tirta Darma Ayu
dapat diterima dan layak dilaksanakan.

Analysis of investment decisions to develop PDAM Tirta Darma Ayu business
is aimed to know the business development plan and its investment capability in
providing profit to the amount ofcapital invested.
The calculation Of future investment projection for 8 years after the investment
is planned. During the 8 years after investment there is a policy that there is no
additional labor. This investment does not affect the addition / reduction of
employee salary costs. And also for the period of 8 years after the investment of
no increase in tariffs, so the tariffs used are the tariffs that year 2017.
The results of this study using three methods of investment decision analysis
with the results of the calculation as follows: Payback Period method shows that
the time required to cover the investment of Rp 22.669.805.750 is 3 years 17 days.
The ARR (Average Rate Of Return) method shows that the average rate of return
earned is 301%. While the PI Method (Profitability Index) shows the results
obtained greater than I that is 4. From the calculation of the three methods can
also be shown that the business development plan PDAM Tirta Darma Ayu
acceptable and feasible.
