“HUBUNGAN POSTUR KERJA DENGAN KELUHAN SUBJEKTIF
MUSKULOSKELETAL DISORDER (MSDs) PADA KARYAWAN CV.
WISMA HIJAU TAHUN 2022”

Salah satu masalah yang ditemukan pada karyawan pembuat rambut palsu adalah
keluhan subjektif Muskuloskeletal Disoder (MSDs) yaitu timbulnya keluhan otot
akibat postur kerja yang salah atau tidak egonomi. Keluhan yang dirasakan yaitu
otot leher, lengan, tangan, jari, punggung, pinggang, bokong. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan postur kerja dengan keluhan subjektif
muskuloskeletal disorder (MSDs) pada karyawan CV Wisma Hijau. Metode
peneltian penelitian kuantitaif yang diguanakan adalah analitik observasional
dengan model desain cross-sectional, jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 karyawan.
Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keluhan muskuloskeletal adalah NBM
(Nordic Body Map), dan untuk mengukur postur kerja karyawan menggunakan alat
ukur RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment), dari hasil penelitian mengenai
keluhan subjektif MSDs menunjukan bahwa dari 120 responden terdapat 114
(95%) dengan gejala ringan, dan 6 (5%) dengan gejala berat, serta hasil penelitian
mengenai postur kerja menunjukan bahwa 104 (86,7%) dengan risiko sedang, dan
16 (13,3%) dengan risiko tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji bivariat dengan metode chi-
square menunjukan adanya hubungan antara postur kerja dengan keluhan subjektif
MSDs yaitu memiliki nilai (P value=0,003; OR=17). Sehingga perlu adanya solusi
berupa perbaikan postur kerja, perbaikan alat kerja seperti desain kursi sesuai
kaidah ergonomi, serta diadakannya kegiatan peregangan sebelum atau setelah
bekerja.

BSTRACT
One of the problems found in wigs-making employees is the symptom of
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), namely the emergence of muscle complaints
due to wrong work postures or lack of ego. Complaints felt were neck muscles,
arms, hands, fingers, back, waist, buttocks. This study aims to determine the
relationship between work posture and symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders
(MSDs) in employees of CV Wisma Hijau. The quantitative research method used
is observational analytic with a cross-sectional design model, with a population of
120 employees. The instrument used to measure symptoms of musculoskeletal
disorders is the NBM (Nordic Body Map), and to measure the work posture of
employees using the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) measuring
instrument. ) with mild symptoms, and 6 (5%) with severe symptoms, and the
results of research on work posture showed that 104 (86.7%) were at moderate risk,
and 16 (13.3%) were at high risk. Based on the results of the bivariate test using the
chi-square method, it showed a relationship between work posture and symptoms
of musculoskeletal disorders, which had a value (P value = 0.003; OR = 17). So
there needs to be a solution in the form of improving work postures, improving
work tools such as chair designs according to ergonomic rules, and holding
stretching activities before or after work.
