ABSTRAK
HUBUNGAN BUDAYA K3 DENGAN KINERJA INDIVIDU PEKERJA DI
PT MANDALA PUTERA PRIMA PADA PROYEK REVITALISASI
TAMAN ISMAIL MARZUKI TAHUN 2022

Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam
melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya yang didasarkan atas
kecakapan, pengalaman dan kesungguhan serta waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya K3 dengan kinerja pekerja di
PT Mandala Putera Prima pada Proyek Revitalisasi Taman Ismail Marzuki.
Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross
sectional serta menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square. Populasi dan sampel dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja yang ada di PT Mandala Putera Prima pada
Proyek Revitalisasi Taman Ismail Marzuki yaitu sebanyak 36 orang. Instrumen
penelitian yang digunakan mengadopsi dari penelitian sebelumnya dimana
komponen poin-poin pertanyaan variabel budaya K3 dalam penelitian ini ialah
komunikasi pekerja, kompetensi pekerja, lingkungan kerja, dan keterlibatan
pekerja dalam K3. Serta faktor karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi kinerja
seperti usia, pendidikan, dan lama bekerja. Dan poin-poin pertanyaan variabel
kinerja meliputi, kualitas, kuantitas, dan ketepatan waktu.
Hasil analisis uji Chi-Square dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa tidak
ada hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, lama bekerja, dan komunikasi pekerja
dengan kinerja pekerja (p-value > 0,05). Dan ada hubungan antara kompetensi
pekerja, lingkungan kerja, serta keterlibatan pekerja dalam K3 dengan kinerja
pekerja (p-value < 0,05).
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa sebagian besar komponen budaya K3
yang telah disebutkan berhubungan dengan kinerja pekerja. Disarankan untuk
dapat menciptakan dan meningkatkan kultur K3 dalam perusahaan agar tercipta
kinerja yang baik bagi karyawan sehingga meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan.

RELATIONSHIP OF K3 CULTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF
INDIVIDUAL WORKERS AT PT MANDALA PUTERA PRIMA IN TAMAN

Performance is a work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks
assigned to him based on skills, experience and sincerity and time. The purpose of
this study was to determine the relationship between K3 culture and the
performance of workers at PT Mandala Putera Prima in the Taman Ismail
Marzuki Revitalization Project.
This research was conducted quantitatively with a cross sectional
research design and used the Chi-Square statistical test. The population and
sample in this study were all workers at PT Mandala Putera Prima on the Taman
Ismail Marzuki Revitalization Project, as many as 36 people. The research
instrument used was adopted from previous research where the components of the
question points of the K3 culture variable in this study were worker
communication, worker competence, work environment, and worker involvement
in K3. As well as individual characteristic factors that affect performance such as
age, education, and length of work. And the question points of performance
variables include, quality, quantity, and timeliness.
The results of the Chi-Square test analysis in this study found that there
was no relationship between age, education, length of work, and worker
communication with worker performance (p-value > 0.05). And there is a
relationship between worker competence, work environment, and worker
involvement in K3 with worker performance (p-value <0.05).
It can be concluded that some of the major components of the K3 culture
that have been mentioned are related to worker performance. It is recommended
to be able to create and improve the K3 culture within the company in order to
create good performance for employees so as to improve the quality of the
company.
