Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi saat ini sangat pesat
dan berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kehidupan bermasyarakat maupun
kehidupan pribadi. Pengaruhnya meluas ke berbagai bidang kehidupan, dan cepat
memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Kehidupan kemudian dikuasai
oleh penggunaan teknologi dimanapun, tanpa mengindahkan batasan-batasan
sosial dan norma yang berlaku. Lebih parah lagi, ketika penggunaan teknologi
sudah mengganggu keluarga terutama antara pasangan suami isteri.
Penelitian
ini
bertujuan
untuk
mengetahui faktor-faktor yang
menyebabkan terjadinya perceraian karena teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di
Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur, dan dampak dari teknologi informasi dan
komunikasi yang bisa menyebabkan jumlah kasus perceraian di Pengadilan
Agama Jakarta Timur.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode
kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian perpustakaan/ library
research
Hasil dari penelitian ini, perceraian yang terjadi akibat teknologi informasi
dan komunikasi di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur disebabkan oleh beberapa
faktor, diantaranya yaitu moral, perselisihan terus-menerus, meninggalkan
kewajiban dan menyakiti jasmani. Faktor yang paling dominan yaitu perselisihan
terus-menerus dan menyakiti jasmani, sebagian besarnya karena pengaruh
teknologi. Dampak yang terjadi karena faktor-faktor tersebut adalah terjadinya
peningkatan jumlah kasus perceraian setiap tahunnya di Pengadilan Agama
Jakarta Timur. Perkara perceraian, perempuan lebih banyak mengajukan gugatan
dibandingkan laki-laki, itu berarti perempuan lebih banyak memiliki masalah
dibandingkan laki-laki.

Information And Communication Technology On The Increasing Number Of
Divorce Cases In East Jakarta Religious Courts”
The development of information and communication technology is
currently very rapid and very significant influence on social life and personal life.
Its influence extends to various fields of life, and quickly has positive and
negative impacts. Life is then dominated by the use of technology everywhere,

without regard to social restrictions and applicable norms. Even worse, when the
use of technology has disrupted families especially between married couples.
This study aims to determine the factors that cause divorce due to
information and communication technology the East Jakarta Religious Court and
the impact of information and communication technology that can cause the
number of divorce cases in the East Jakarta Religious Court.
The method used in writing this thesis is a qualitative method with library
research data collection techniques.
The result of this study, the divorce that occurred due to information and
communication technology in the East Jakarta Religious Court was caused by
several factors, among them are moral, constant strife, leaving obligations and
bodily pain. The most dominant factor is continuous disputes and physical harm,
in large part due to the influence of technology. The impact of these factors is an
increase in the number of divorce cases each year in the East Jakarta Religious
Court. Divorce cases women file more suits than more, that means women have
more problems than men.
