MBKM (Merdeka Mengajar Kampus Merdeka) is an independent and versatile higher education learning program designed to create creative, non-restrictive learning that meets students' needs. MBKM is a platform for students to develop their skills ability and develop English pre-service teacher identity to identify themselves personally and professionally in the context of teaching English. This study aims to explore the Kampus Mengajar program for preservice English teachers in building classroom innovation through reflective practice activities. Qualitative research was used as the paradigm of this research. The close-ended questionnaires and interview guidelines were used the get the data. The participants for this study were five students from the English Education Department in Bogor, who had just completed their 5-month teaching practicum. analysis of the data yielded seven categories: Opportunities to reflect, Expression of feelings, Teaching awareness, Lifelong learning, Self-confidence, Self-assessment, and Self-belief. Overall, the findings of this study indicated positive perceptions by the PETs about using reflective practices to help them teach. The results also indicated Kampus Mengajar gives them opportunities to improve their skills in the teaching process.
