ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh gaya
kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor, 2) untuk
mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMAIT At
Taufiq Bogor, 3) untuk mengetahui kinerja guru SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor, 4)
untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja
terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan regresi. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 45 guru. Metode pengumpulan
dana ini yaitu kuesioner dengan analisis data uji asumsi klasik, uji T dan uji F.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap
kinerja guru SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor, 2) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap
kinerja guru SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor, 3) Hasil penyebaran kuesioner diketahui
skor rata-rata empirik sebesar 41.80 dan skor rata-rata teoritik sebesar 24. Skor
rata-rata empirik lebih besar dari pada skor rata-rata teoritik, sehingga dapat
dikatakan kinerja guru SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor cukup baik (41.80 > 24), 4)
Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang
signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor.

ABSTRACT
The aims of this study are 1) to determine whether there is an influence of
leadership style on the performance of SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor teachers, 2) to
find out whether there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of
teachers at SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor, 3) to determine the performance of teachers
at SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor. , 4) to find out whether there is an influence of
leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance. This research is a
quantitative research with a regression approach. The sample of this study were
45 teachers. This method of collecting funds is a questionnaire with data analysis
of classical assumption test, T test and F test. The results show 1) there is an
influence of leadership style on the performance of SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor
teachers, 2) there is an influence of motivation on the performance of teachers at
SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor , 3) The results of the distribution of the questionnaires
are known that the empirical average score is 41.80 and the theoretical average
score is 24. The empirical average score is greater than the theoretical average
score, so it can be said that the teacher's performance at SMAIT At-Taufiq Bogor
is quite good. (41.80 > 24), 4) Simultaneously leadership style and motivation
have a significant influence on the performance of teachers at SMAIT At-Taufiq
Bogor.
