This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the use of Kahoot
as a media for vocabulary Assessment. This study used data from five
students who took English courses at the Elrahma Education Center at
the conversational level. This study uses a qualitative research design in
the form of a case study. Data collection techniques included filling out
questionnaires and conducting interviews. The findings show that
Kahoot helps assess students' vocabulary. Students enjoy using Kahoot
for vocabulary Assessment. Kahoot helps teachers easily and maximally
assess their students' vocabulary mastery. Students choose to use Kahoot
in Formative Assessment when assessing vocabulary, because they still
remember the vocabulary they have well, so they get high marks.
Students learn to work in teams as well as individually to achieve goals.
Besides that, they also learn to be more responsible, both for their
knowledge, behavior, and motivation, and develop skills such as
curiosity, empathy, confidence, resilience, and creativity, among others.
