Implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic gave problems such as decreased enthusiasm for learning, lack of students' understanding of the material delivered by the teacher, as well as electronic facilities and internet networks that were less supportive. This study aims to find out how the perception of primary school English teachers of online learning during the pandemic time. The information obtained in this study can be used as material for evaluating elementary school English teachers in online learning. This research method is qualitative. Case studies were selected to obtain in-depth results using questionnaires and interviews as research instruments. Data were obtained from 5 English teachers in elementary schools. The results of the study found that the majority of elementary school English teachers gave negative perceptions of the theme of teaching and learning process during online learning, the flexibility of online learning, delivery of information between teachers and students, and students' understanding of the learning. And a positive response on the theme of technological efficiency in online learning.
