FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PARTISIPASI PENDERITA
HIPERTENSI PESERTA BPJS MENGIKUTI PROLANIS PUSKESMAS
PANCASAN KOTA BOGOR TAHUN 2022

Hipertensi menjadi penyebab kematian nomor satu di dunia setiap tahunnya dan
merupakan penyakit yang sering ditemukan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dasar.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap,
keterjangkauan akses pelayanan, dukungan keluarga, dan dukungan petugas kesehatan
terhadap partisipasi penderita hipertensi peserta BPJS dalam mengikuti Prolanis.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dan pengambilan data dilakukan
dengan design cross sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel pada
penelitian ini adalah 93 responden pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas
Pancasan. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling.
Hasil menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara pengetahuan dengan partisipasi
penderita hipertensi mengikuti Prolanis (p value = 0,002), terdapat pengaruh antara sikap
dengan partisipasi penderita hipertensi mengikuti Prolanis (p value = 0,000), tidak
terdapat pengaruh antara keterjangkauan akses pelayanan dengan partisipasi penderita
hipertensi mengikuti Prolanis (p value = 0,678), terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan
keluarga dengan partisipasi penderita hipertensi mengikuti Prolanis (p value = 0,000),
terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan petugas kesehatan dengan partisipasi penderita
hipertensi mengikuti Prolanis (p value = 0,000). Bagi Puskesmas Pancasan disarankan
untuk dapat menciptakan kerjasama antara petugas kesehatan dengan keluarga, tokoh
masyarakat, dan pihak yang dapat membantu agar mendapatkan dukungan serta motivasi
dari lingkungan sekitar agar dapat berpartisipasi mengikuti Prolanis di Puskesmas.

FACTORS AFFECTING THE PARTICIPATION OF HYPERTENSION
PATIENTS OF BPJS PARTICIPANTS FOLLOWING THE PROLANIS OF THE
PANCASAN PUSKESMAS, BOGOR CITY IN 2022

Hypertension is the number one cause of death in the world every year and is a
disease that is often found in basic health care facilities. The purpose of this study was to
determine the effect of knowledge, attitudes, affordability of access to services, family
support, and support from health workers on the participation of hypertensive patients
with BPJS participants in participating in Prolanis.
This research method uses quantitative and data collection is done with a cross
sectional design using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 93
respondents in patients with hypertension in the work area of the Pancasan Health Center.
The sampling technique is simple random sampling.
The results show that there is an influence between knowledge and participation of
hypertensive patients taking Prolanis (p value = 0.002), there is an influence between
attitudes and participation of hypertensive patients taking Prolanis (p value = 0.000), there
is no effect between affordability of service access and participation of hypertensive
patients taking Prolanis (p value = 0.678), there is an influence between family support
and the participation of hypertensive patients taking Prolanis (p value = 0.000). For the
Pancasan Health Center, it is recommended to be able to create collaboration between
health workers and their families, community leaders, and parties who can help to get
support and motivation from the surrounding environment so that they can participate in
Prolanis at the Puskesmas.
