The research was conducted to know the student ability of reading in a foreign language by using repeated reading technique to enhance student reading comperhension in Junior High School and to know the problems of the implementation of this strategy and teacher solution to solve the problems. The qualitative methode was adopted in this research. the writers takes an observation interview and classroom action ressearch during the impelmentation at Mts Al-Kautasar Sukaresmi Tanah Sareal Bogor. The interview and observation as the instrument to investigate the use of Repeated reading Technique to know the student ability and knowlege of reading english text. The result of this study revealed that the student has different capabilities to catch the material used in this reading technique in learning reading and comprehending sequentially from before reading intervention until after reading has been done. there were two results of the problems on the implementation of this repeated reading technigue a number of variety of student ability in english subject and difficulty whwn teacher teach about the narrative text because it was related to knowledge and vocabulary. therefore yhe teacher solution to solve this case on the implementation of reading comprehension in repeated reading technique were by giving assignment to student in order to increase their reading comprehension and once the teacher using emotional approach to catch the student attention and mptivation.
