Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai
variabel moderator pada PT Imla Tisha Jaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan
kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling
(PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 56
karyawan PT Imla Tisha Jaya dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh
populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui
penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Selain itu, lingkungan kerja terbukti
mampu memoderasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (OCB) secara negatif dan signifikan. Temuan tersebut
mengindikasikan bahwa lingkungan kerja memperlemah pengaruh gaya
kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with the work environment as a moderating variable
at PT Imla Tisha Jaya. This study employed a quantitative approach using the
Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the
SmartPLS application. The population consisted of 56 employees of PT Imla Tisha
Jaya, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, in which the entire
population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through
questionnaire distribution. The results indicate that leadership style has a positive
and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Furthermore,
the work environment significantly moderates the relationship between leadership
style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in a negative direction. This
finding indicates that the work environment weakens the effect of leadership style
on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
