Abstak

This research aims to know students perception toward teacher role play technique in speaking and to find out the most influenced element of speaking through role play.The qualitative method is used in this research with form of descriptive analysis (percentage). The study conducted to the students at eight grade of junior high school in SMP Negeri 11 Bogor. 32 students are the respondents in this research. The result of this study show that 80 % of students agree that role play improved their speaking. The most influenced element of speaking is pronounciation, 26 % of students agree about that.
