This Research aimed to find out students perceptions and the impact of viewing English subtitled movies toward their English language component especially vocabulary. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The participants of the research were 25 seventh grade students of a private junior high school in Bogor. The data were collected through interview and questionnaire. The result of the research found that students stated they have positive perception about viewing English subtitled-movies for their vocabulary enrichment. Not only that, viewing English subtitled movies also help them know how to pronounce the vocabulary and show them how to use the vocabulary in speaking practice.
