This current research aimed to investigate the teachers’ perceptions of using Zoom Meetings as one of the video conference platforms in teaching speaking online. This research used qualitative data and conducted a case study research design. This study used questionnaires as a data collection method which is a combination of open-ended and closed-ended questions to collect data more completely. The participants were 2 English teachers from two different English schools in Bogor-West Java. They both taught English speaking online using Zoom Meetings during the pandemic era. The findings showed that teaching speaking online using Zoom meetings could improve teachers' motivations, speaking skills, and knowledge and skills in technology although the results are not very satisfying in the two aspects. teachers’ motivation and speaking skills.
