ABSTRAK
Pasar modal merupakan bertemunya penjual dan pembeli untuk melakukan
transaksi agar memperoleh modal dengan cara menerbitkan dan menjual
saham ke pasar modal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh
Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Debt TO Equity
Ratio (DER) terhadap Harga Saham.
Penelitian ini bersifat assosiatif kausal berdasrkan penjelasan diatas, yaitu
penelitian yang mencari hubungan atau pengaruh sebab akibat, yaitu variabel
independen/bebas (EPS, ROE, DER) terhadap variabel dependen/terikat
(Harga Saham). Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pemsahaan pada sub sektor
fat-masi dengan metode penarikan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan
jumlah sebanyak 6 Sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data kuantitatif
berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dari setiap perusahaan dan merupakan data
sekunder.
Hasil dari pcnclitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (l) Earning per Share secara
parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. (2)
Return On Equity secara parsial berpengatuh secara signifikan terhadap harga
saham. (3) Debi to Equity Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secala
signifikan terhadap harga saham. (4) Earnig Per Share, Return On Equity,
Debt to Equity Ratio, secata simultan bcrpengaruh secara signifikan secara
bersama-sama terhadap harga saham.

ABSTRACT
The Capital market is a meeting Of sellers and buyers to conduct transactions
in order to obtain capital by issuing and selling shares to the capital market.
This research was conducted to determine the effect Of Earning Per Share
(EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock
Prices.
This research is a causal associative based on the explanation above, namely
research that looks for a causal relationship Or effect, namely the
independent variable (EPS ROE, DER) on the dependent variable (Stock
Price). The population in this study were companies in the pharmaceutical
sub-sector with the sampling method, namely purposive sampling with a total
of 6 samples. The type of data used is quantitative data in [he form of annual
financial reports from each company and is secondary data.
The results of this study indicate thal (1) Partially Earning Per Share has no
significant effect on Slock prices. (2) Return On Equity partially has a
significant effect on stock prices. (3) Partially Debt to Equity Ratio does not
have a significant effect on stock prices. (4) Earnig Per Share, Return On
Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, simultaneously have a significant gmecl on stock
prlce,s.
